If CMNet or any outsourced supplier or distributor is responsible for any loss or damage happened, or what is related to any function described above or the usage of this site or its contents, the responsibility of CMNet and outsourced suppliers and distributors mustn’t exceed (in any case) on the total, the quantity corresponding to subscription monthly fee and service rate for the access to this site. Beside any other right or repair that refers to CMNet, CMNet can seal or restrict your access to any component of this site without any responsibility in absolute in any moment and with no notice.

If CMNet or its affiliates sue to fulfill this Usage Contract and these terms and conditions, you will have to agree in paying all reasonable and necessary expenditures paid for lawyers remuneration and any litigation cost, beside any other assistance by law or in justice, which the parts can have rights to.

13. ASSISTANCE TO INJUNCTION. You know that the violation or violation attempt of any part of this Usage Contract and these terms and conditions will cause damage of irreparable value to CMNet, knowing that would be difficult to determine the exact value. So, there is no repair appropriated on the law for this damage. Consequently, you agree that the right of an injunction (issued by any competent jurisdiction court to restrict the violation or violation attempt of these terms and conditions of your part of your affiliates, partners, or agents, like to recuperate, charging from You, all and any cost and expenditure kept or incurred by CMNet to obtain the injunction, including with no restriction, reasonable remuneration paid for the lawyer. You agree in not requiring any agreement or other remuneration relating to the injunction.

14. END. CMNet can end this Usage Contract and its terms and conditions and/or the supply of any service in any moment for any reason, including any incorrect usage of this site or fail of your part in fulfilling with these terms and conditions. The end will not cause any right to assistance, having as beneficiary the CMNet and its outsourced suppliers and distributors, because nothing is estimated in law or by justice. When finishing this Usage Contract and its terms and conditions, all rights (that you had) will be stopped and reverted to CMNet and its outsourced suppliers and distributors, conforming applicable.

15. LEGAL TRANSMISSION / AWARDD. You cannot give in, transmit, sub-contract or delegate your rights or obligations treated here.

16. MODIFICATION. CMNet can modify in any moment these terms and conditions and your continuous usage of this site will be conditioned to the current terms and conditions in the period of your usage.

17. ADDITIONAL TERMS. Additional terms and conditions can be applied to reservations, products purchase and services and other usages of parts of this site, and you will agree in respecting the extra terms and conditions.

18. POSSIBILITY OF DISCONNECTON. These terms and conditions must be considered as subjected to disconnection. In the case of any clause that is determined as inapplicable or invalid, you shouldn’t make to fulfill the clause for the biggest degree allowed by the applicable law, and this determination mustn’t effect the validity and applicability of any other remaining clauses.
